Logitech India sells its products through 25000+ Tier II and Tier III Retail Stores across the country. Logitech was looking for a robust, time tested Scheme and Incentive Management tool for the Distributors and Retail Stores, so that they can be communicated with Sales Targets and Loyalty Program for Partners based on Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales (Sell In, Sell Out, Stock in Hand, Revenue, Audit Scores).
The Solution
Convergent Technologies setup the Logitech Partner Plus – Partner Incentive Program using it’s SmoothXRM Partner Management Platform. SmoothXRM enabled the following functionality to the Logitech Sales Team and 25000+ Retailers:
