Logitech India’s products are sold in more than 25000 Retail Channels through Regional Distributors. Logitech India wanted Convergent Technologies to develop a Bottoms-up Forecasting tool to predict the Sell In, Sell Out and Stock in Hand in each of the Regional Distributors and Retail Channels.
The Solution
Convergent Technologies took over the existing Bottoms-up Forecasting tool at Logitech India, and scaled it up in terms of functionalities and reach to create a robust planning tool in terms of sales forecasting. The Bottoms-up Forecasting tool predicted the Secondary and Tertiary Sales at the National, Regional, ASM and Store level on a month-on-month basis, and helped Logitech to plan the Supply Chain in an efficient manner.
